Oh dear, I’m sorry to hear that Sybil. Brrrr… Flat Kathy still wants me to take her to Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, so I’ll post some more pictures of flowers then. Hopefully it’ll cheer you up a bit. 🙂

Yes, I agree! We have had some very hot days (over 30 degrees celsius), but also a couple of days of rain – like today. It’s typical late-summer / early-autumn weather. Cape Town is famous for having four seasons in a day!
Pretty flowers, but they are upstaged by the spec-cat-ular patchwork puddy tat!
